4 days Cycling Tour Mekong Delta Ho Ho Chi Minh to Phu Quoc

Cycling Vietnam operates a daily 4 days Cycling Tour Mekong Delta Ho Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh.

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be – Vinh Long – Can Tho (Lunch, dinner)

Commence your Cycling Tour Mekong Delta Ho Ho Chi Minh to Phu Quoc at 8.00 with our components pick you up at your hotel and leave the busy Saigon for your mighty Mekong Delta experience with the drive of (2.5 hrs),

on arrival, we board on boat for visit the floating market and cruise over the mighty mekong river (~ 1.5km wide) to Dong Phu island.

We start cycling one hour under the green canopy, explore the orchards and daily life of farmers. Lunch break on island & more cruise to Vinh Long.

In the afternoon we have 2 hours riding on immense rice fields, cycling through numerous rural riverside villages before our bus pick up to Can tho city. Evening free time for promenade along city quay. Stay overnight in Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho – Long Xuyen – Chau Doc. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Do not be lazy! wake up a bit early in the morning for your amazing boat trip to the Cai Rang floating market.

We will then cruise in natural waterways before turning up a quiet canal and mounting our bikes for a ride 3 hours on single trail along small canals and on country road, and enjoy the beautiful Mekong Delta scenery and meeting the locals. Our a/c comfortable vehicle will pick you up for a short transfer to Long Xuyen with local lunch break.
In the afternoon we will cycle about 10km on local road along the border canal through villages, fish farm… If time permitting, we will hike up to summit of Sam mountain for picturesque landscape of border between Vietnam and Cambodia. stay overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 3: Chau Doc – Ha Tien. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Wake up a bit early for a boat ride through the amazing riverside market with all its bustling activity and smorgasbord of sounds, daily colors!

Then we boat through the fish-farm village producing tons and tons of fish beneath hundreds of floating homes. Discover the ethnic Cham village with its famous Mubarak Mosque and observe local women at their traditional weaving.

We cycle to Cambodia border with a visit over the Tra Su natrual reserve, boat trip to the bird garden. In the afternoon we keep on cycling along the border to Ha Tien town for stay overnight. Stay overnight in Ha Tien.

Day 4: Ha Tien – Phu Quoc island (Breakfast).

After breakfast, we cycle along the coastal to Mui Nai, then take a ferry to Phu Quoc island, and getting ready to your coming beach. End of tour.
